DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! I bought my daughter four used tires and had them installed in January of 2026. The lug nuts were stripped out on both rear tires. We were told this by another tire shop who could not even remove the back tires. Then a week later two of the lug nuts broke off and the car was not safe for my daughter to drive. Called Jordan and explained the situation, in which he showed little concern for what had happened. THIS IS MY DAUGHTERS LIFE THAT WAS PUT IN DANGER. His lack of concern for the matter upset me, so I had my husband call and take care of the matter. He got Jordan to agree to repair three of the stripped/broken lug nuts, but when another one was found, he refused to take care of it. He actually had the nerve to call my husband and ask when the brakes had been replaced because they looked new, trying to get out of paying for the repairs. My husband is a certified mechanic and had replaced them well over a year ago. No shop has touched those tires, other than another tire shop that pointed out the problem and the danger of the problem.

Well most of my followers know I predominantly rate restaurant, pubs and wineries. Ever once in a while when I am looking for a service that I need I will rite a review with my experience m. Pete from custom tires is the real deal. I wanted to find a non nationwide or an auto dealership to get serviced as those big boys tend to take advantage of their clients. I wanted to get a used tire because of a bump in a side wall. My current go to dealer told me all he can do was to buy 4 new tires because my car is a AWD vehicle and told me it was the way that it is done. Well there was no problem here and and Pete was very professional, got me right away and was ready within 30 minutes. Thank you Pete for your great service and saving me almost 800.00 on 4 new tires.

Jordan was extremely helpful. I had 4 tires I needed switched over that were on a car that were all flat so I had to do one at a time. Each time I was in and out in 10 min or less. The rates were extremely reasonable too. Will definitely go there for my other vehicles moving forward.

What's unfair is how I was treated and now have to fix what your staff broke. I only drove my car 4 times since I had those tires installed. Now my whole front left rim is covered in grease. If they break something on your vehicle they will immediately deny all claim!! Well immediately after I got tires here and they put my car up on the lift my CV joint started making a loud clicking noise and they are denying that they had anything to do with it and my car was perfectly fine before they installed the tires. The guy who installed my tires flat out denied to even look at my vehicle and denied all cars immediately. Now I have to pay over $150, when my tires only cost $118. After doing some research I found out that if a car is put up on a lift improperly it could directly mess up the CV joint. I would highly recommend not coming here they are not honest!
